Boonville man accused of arson, criminal obstruction of breathing following alleged domestic dispute: TROOPERS

BOONVILLE- A domestic dispute in Northern Oneida County has resulted in the arrest of a local resident.

On Wednesday night, the New York State Police (Marcy) formally charged William Winslow, 34, of Boonville, NY with one misdemeanor count each of arson in the fifth-degree (intentionally damaging one’s property by fire or explosion) and criminal obstruction of breathing.

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a reported domestic dispute on July 17 in the village of Boonville, NY.

At press time, police said that Winslow was released and there were no further details available.
