Boonville resident accused of obstructing governmental administration in town of Lewis

LEWIS- A local resident is accused of obstructing governmental administration in Southern Lewis County.

During the early morning hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Travis Weiler, 41, of Boonville, NY with one misdemeanor count of obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, this charge stems from a reported domestic incident shortly before 4:30 a.m. in the town of Lewis.

At press time, police said that Weiler was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
