Boonville youth charged with intoxicated driving, unlicensed operation in Rome: TROOPERS

ROME- A juvenile from Northern Oneida County is accused of intoxicated driving and unlicensed operation.

During the midnight hour on Tuesday, the New York State Police (Oneida) announced the arrest of a 17-year-old youth from Boonville, NY for one count each of DWI (first offense) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed shortly before 12:30 midnight in the city of Rome, NY.

Authorities did not provide a suspect name, due to age and youthful offender status.

At press time, police said the youth was released to a third-party.
