Carthage Man Jailed following a "Larceny From Building" Arrest in Watertown
TOWN OF WATERTOWN-A 36 year old Carthage man was jailed on Friday afternoon after being arrested for “larceny from a building” in the Town of Watertown. New York State Police from the Watertown Barracks charged Robert Hubbard with one count each of Burglary in the 3rd Degree-Illegal entry with intent to commit a crime: a Class D felony and Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Hubbard was held with no bail.
