Carthage Resident Accused of D.W.I. in Jefferson County

TOWN OF RUTLAND-A 35 year old Carthage resident is facing a D.W.I. charge following a Friday night vehicle stop in the Town of Rutland. State Troopers from the Carthage Barracks charged Janel Angell with one count of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense. Angell was issued an appearance ticket answerable to the Town of Rutland Court at a later date.
