Carthage Resident Accused of D.W.I. in the Village of Black River

VILLAGE OF BLACK RIVER- A 33 year old Carthage resident was charged with D.W.I. following a Friday evening vehicle stop in the Village of Black River. New York State Troopers from the Carthage station charged Keila Kalk with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08% of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Kalk was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Village of Black River Court.
