DWI, DWAI charges filed against Herkimer County resident, Troopers say

SCHUYLER- A local resident from Herkimer County is accused of intoxicated driving.

About a half-hour after mid-night on Friday, the New York State Police (Herkimer) arrested and charged Terrence J. Bolen, 44, of Poland, NY with one count of DWI (first offense), operating a motor vehicle (while impaired by drugs – first offense) and DWAI (combined influence of drugs and alcohol).

According to Troopers, the arrest was made in the town of Schuyler, Herkimer County.

At press time, police said that Bolen was issued with an appearance ticket.
