Felony charges issued to Oneida County resident following larceny investigation in town of Martinsburg

MARTINSBURG- A resident from Central New York is faced with felony accusations following a larceny complaint from last year in Lewis County.

Back in February, the New York State Police (Lowville) announced the arrest of Jeremy P. Graham, 42, of Camden, NY for one felony count each of scheming to defraud in the first-degree and grand larceny in the third-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges stem from a larceny complaint filed in the town of Martinsburg on March 11, 2025.

At press time, police said that Graham was released.

There were no further details provided.
