
ROME- A disturbance this week in Oneida County has resulted in a felony offense for a local youth suspect. New York State Police (Lee) investigated a disturbance last Sunday morning in the town of Western.
As a result of their findings, Troopers arrested a 12-year-old youth for one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree (damaging another person’s property w/amounts exceeding $250).
The youth suspect, who is from Westernville, NY, was not identified, due to age and youthful offender status.
A gender for the youth was not specified.
State Police said the youth was issued with a family court appearance ticket.
