Florida Resident Charged with D.W.I. and Criminal Possession in the Town of Remsen

TOWN OF REMSEN-A 36 year old Parrish, Florida woman is facing D.W.I. and Criminal Possession charges following a late Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Remsen. State troopers from the Old Forge Station charged Judy M. Tarbania with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense, a Class U misdemeanor and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7^th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor. Tabania was transported to Oneida Co Central Arraignment, and the incident was pending investigation as of Sunday morning.
