BOONVILLE- Attendance was “good” for the 138th annual Boonville-Oneida County Fair, according to officials.
Though it was a 1% decrease from last year, 47,143 fairgoers came through the gates in 2026.
Despite a rainy day Wednesday, crowds roared back for the weekend, particularly Friday night. In fact, Coleman Bros. Midway, fair officials and several other local remarked at how jam packed Friday night’s crowd was – like they had not seen it in “years.”
Taking a look back, some of the fair’s strongest attendance numbers were north of 50,000 in 2008.
Since then, the worst attendance year was in 2018, where only 36,735 fair goers made it through the gates.
