Harassment related charge filed against Poland resident, Troopers say

RUSSIA- A local resident from Herkimer County is accused of an offense stemming from a harassment complaint earlier this week.

The New York State Police (Poland) announced the arrest of Amy J. Barbarito, 62, of Poland, NY on Monday for one misdemeanor count of aggravated harassment in the second-degree.

Troopers said this charge stems from a town of Russia harassment complaint, which was filed on Monday afternoon.

At press time, police said that Barbarito was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details.
