The former Sheriff’s Deputy is accused of setting a house on fire last spring in the city of Utica, NY. When the blaze was set, his baby, along with the baby’s mother and her folks were inside, according to the Utica City Police Department, who headed the investigation.
The trial is expected to begin on June 15 and is expected to last up to two-weeks.
It is reported that nearly 50 witnesses are expected to be called to the stand for testimony.
