Interview: Jake Moser talks increase in Lewis County pistol transactions in annual clerk's report

LOWVILLE- Pistol transactions increased significantly in Lewis County last-year.

That's according to the County Clerk Jake Moser, as highlighted in his annual report. He says the rise can be correlated to state gun legislation passed in September.
