Lewis County barn destroyed in Thursday afternoon fire

DENMARK- Emergency responders were on the scene of a barn blaze Thursday afternoon in Lewis County.

It happened sometime around 5:30 p.m. According to dispatchers, firefighters and other responders were called out to an address at 3310 Roberts Road, town of Denmark. 

Emergency officials say a barn, which was filled with hay, somehow caught fire and went up in flames. 

The barn itself was completely destroyed, however; we are not aware of any human injuries or animal fatalities as of this publication.
