Lewis County resident accused of hindering prosecution in Constableville

CONSTABLEVILLE- A local resident is accused of hindering prosecution in the Southern end of Lewis County.

Cody J. Wood, 36, of Port Leyden, NY was arrested and charged on Tuesday by the New York State Police (Lowville) with one felony count of hindering prosecution in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from an incident on May 13 in the village of Constableville.

At press time, authorities said that Wood was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
