Lewis County resident charged for impaired operation, substance possession and unlicensed operation in Verona, Trooper say

VERONA- A Lewis County resident is accused of impaired operation and criminally possessing a controlled substance in Oneida County.

The New York State Police (Sylvan Beach) announced the arrest of Justin J. Waldron, 37, of Glenfield, NY on Tuesday for one count each of operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs (first offense) and criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree.

Waldron was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third-degree.

Troopers said these charges were filed on Tuesday afternoon in the town of Verona.

At press time, authorities said that Waldron was issued with an appearance ticket.
