Clement, 40, was located in St. Lawrence County and returned to Lowville to be processed on one felony charge of grand larceny in the fourth-degree, along with two misdemeanor counts of issuing a bad check and one misdemeanor count of petit larceny.
Village police officials say the charges stem from a pair of separate investigations involving businesses in Lowville, NY, where Clement allegedly issued checks knowing he did not have the funds to cover them.
