Lowville resident accused of driving with a suspended registration in Lewis County: NYSP

DENMARK- A local resident is charged for allegedly driving on a suspended registration in Lewis County.

During the late afternoon hours of May 7, the New York State Police (Carthage) charged Duncan Charles Kelley, 26, of Lowville, NY with one count of driving on a suspended registration.

According to Troopers, this charge was filed in the town of Denmark. At press time, police said that Kelley was issued with an appearance ticket.
