Lowville Resident Charged with Petit Larceny in the Town of Lowville

TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 50 year old Lowville woman was arrested for larceny in the Town of Lowville on Saturday. State Troopers from the Lowville Barracks charged Nicole Manzer with one count of Petit Larceny, a Class A misdemeanor. Manzer with issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charge in the Town of of Lowville at a later date.
