Lowville Woman Arrested for D.W.I. in the Town of Croghan

TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 56 year old Lowville woman is accused of D.W.I. following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Cinda Ann Bush with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent Alcohol or more in Blood-First Offense: both Class U misdemeanors. Bush was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of Croghan Court at a later date.
