WEST CARTHAGE- A disturbance complaint Tuesday afternoon has resulted in the arrest of a North Country area resident.

Phillip M. Thomas, 39, of Carthage, NY was formally charged Tuesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Carthage) for one misdemeanor count of criminal trespass in the third-degree (property fenced in and/or enclosed).

According to Troopers, this charge stems from a disturbance complaint filed in the village of West Carthage, NY.

At press time, authorities said that Thomas’ arrest status was listed as centralized arraignment.
