NYSP: DWI charges filed against local resident in Oneida County

MARCY- A traffic stop early Wednesday resulted in a DWI arrest of a local resident in Oneida County.

Jeffrey Walter Darling, 56, of Remsen, NY was arrested shortly after 3:00 a.m. by the New York State Police (Marcy) for one count each of DWI (first offense) and operating a motor vehicle (w/a .08 of 1% BAC or greater).

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the town of Marcy.

At press time, police said that Darling was issued with an appearance ticket.
