Old Forge Resident Arrested for D.W.A.I. Drugs
TOWN OF FAIRFIELD-A 40 year old resident of Old Forge is accused of D.W.A.I. drugs following a Saturday night vehicle stop in the Town of Fairfield. State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Ashley M. Mulvihill with one count of D.W.A.I. by Drugs with a Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within the past 10 years, a Class E felony and two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A misdemeanors. Mulvihill was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Fairfield Court.
