Oneida County Sheriff’s Office: Emergency responders investigating late Sunday night fire in Forestport

FORESTPORT- Firefighters and other emergency responders were on the scene of what has been reported as a fully involved structure fire late Sunday night.

It happened shortly before 10:00 p.m. on the Deer Run Road, according to Oneida County Emergency Dispatch. Forestport Fire Department, the primary responder on scene, confirmed that this was a fully involved structure fire.

We have confirmation from the Sheriff’s Office that there is an investigation.

Members from Barneveld, Remsen, Stittville and Woodgate Fire Departments all provided mutual aid. State Police and North Star Ambulance also responded.
