REMINDER: Lewis County Public Transportation offering shuttle loop to and from Lowville Fairgrounds for 'Totality on the Tug' eclipse viewing event

LOWVILLE- In case you missed it, Lewis County Public Transportation will be offering a shuttle to and from the Lowville Fairgrounds during the 'Totality on the Tug' eclipse viewing event.
