Rome resident accused of unlicensed operation and other charges in Trenton

TRENTON- A resident from the Mohawk Valley area is faced with various charges in Oneida County, including unlicensed operation.

During the afternoon hours last Thursday, the New York State Police (Remsen) arrested and charged Michael A. Guariglia, 41, of Rome, NY with one count each of aggravated unlicensed operation in the third-degree; failure to return plates and operating a motor vehicle while license and/or registration is suspended.

According to Troopers, these charges all were filed Thursday afternoon in the town of Trenton.

At press time, police said that Guariglia was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
