Salvation Army begins search for Lewis County bell ringers as Red Kettle season nears

LEWIS COUNTY- Before we know it, the holidays will be here and the Salvation Army is getting a jump start into securing bell ringers for this upcoming Red Kettle season.

Officials say the kettle returns to Tops Market (Lowville) on November 8 and Lowville Walmart on November 25.

Last-year, officials say it was a successful enough season to help out 90 local families with food, clothing and other critical needs. As usual, all funds raised remain local and go towards those in need.

There are several time slots available for both locations. Those who would be interested in signing up can do so online.
