MARTINSBURG- A Lewis County resident is faced with a pair of charges from late last month in the North Country.

Tyler K. Thomas, 36, of Lowville, NY was arrested on Wednesday morning by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree (ten or more suspensions on ten or more separate dates) and one misdemeanor count of obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.

Troopers said these charges stem from the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, authorities said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Thomas’ arrest status suggested an appearance for centralized arraignment.
