Troopers charge Lowville area resident with criminally possessing controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation

LOWVILLE- A local resident is faced with a pair of charges in the village.

During the evening hours on Sunday, the New York State Police (Lowville) arrested and charged Kyle T. Simpson, 31, of Lowville, NY with one count each of criminally possessing a controlled substance in the seventh-degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree.

According to Troopers, these charges were filed in the village of Lowville, NY. At press time, police said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Simpson was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
