Two Florida suspects charged with criminal mischief in Lewis County, Troopers say

LOWVILLE- Two out of state residents are suspected of criminal mischief following a disturbance complaint this week in Lewis County.

According to the New York State Police (Lowville), Tyler J. Clark, 25, and Juan C. Hernandez, 25, both of Fort Pierce, FL were formally arrested and charged on Thursday for one misdemeanor count each of criminal mischief (reckless property damage exceeding $250).

Troopers said these arrests stem from a Thursday afternoon disturbance complaint in the town of Lowville.

At press time, authorities said that Clark was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
