Utica Man Facing Felony D.W.I. charges in the Town of Trenton

TOWN OF TRENTON-A 26 year old Utica man was sent to the Oneida County jail on felony D.W.I. charges following a vehicle stop in the Town of Trenton. New York State Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Jonathan J. Fitzgerald-Bord with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1^st Degree, Operation of a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1% with Prior, and Driving While Intoxicated with a previous Conviction within Ten Years: all Class E Felonies. Fitzgerald was also charged with Using other Motor Vehicle without Interlock, a Class A misdemeanor. His arrested status was issued as held and the incident is pending investigation as of press time.
