Boonville resident charged with felony DWI for previous conviction, Troopers say

TRENTON- A traffic stop this week in Oneida County resulted in a felony DWI arrest and other charges against a local resident.

Donald J. Judeikis, 71, of Boonville, NY was formally charged on Tuesday evening by the New York State Police (Old Forge) with one felony count of DWI (w/a previous conviction within the past ten-years).

Troopers also charged Judeikis with another felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the first-degree, along with one misdemeanor count each of circumventing an interlock device and obstructing governmental administration in the second-degree.

These charges were all reportedly filed Tuesday evening in the town of Trenton.

At press time, there was no arrest status listed for Judeikis and there were no further details made available.
