Glenfield Resident Facing Possession and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Town of Turin
TOWN OF TURIN-A 41 year old Glenfield woman was arrested Friday morning in the Town of Turin for alleged possession of a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation. New York State Police from the Lowville station charged Nicole L. Hutchins with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Class A misdemeanors and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Hutchins was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges in the Town of Turin Court.
