Glenfield Man Accused of Grand Larceny in the Town of Lowville
TOWN OF LOWVILLE-A 46 year old Glenfield man is facing a felony grand larceny charge stemming from an investigation into an April 10th complaint of a larceny in the Town of Lowville. State Troopers from the Lowville Barracks charged Russell D. Hutchins with one count of Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree with property value exceeding $3,000.00, a Class D felony. Hutchins was transported to Central Arraignment for processing, and no further details were released.
