Carthage Man Facing Felony Assault Charge in the Town of Croghan
TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 65 year old Carthage man was charged with felony assault on Thursday following an alleged domestic incident that was reported in the Town of Croghan on May 3rd. New York State Police from the Lowville Station charged Dale W. Zehr with Assault in the 2nd Degree with Intent to Cause Serious Physical Injury, a Class D felony. Zehr was released on his own recognizance and no further details were released.
