Carthage Woman Accused of D.W.I.

VILLAGE OF CARTHAGE-A 37 year old Carthage woman was arrested for D.W.I. following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Village of Carthage. State Troopers from the Carthage Barracks charged Rebecca A. Krul with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors.  Krul was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Village Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of Sunday AM press time.
