Cold Brook Man Arrested for Aggravated D.W.I. in the Town of Russia

TOWN OF RUSSIA-A 50 year old Coldbrook man is accused of Aggravated D.W.I. following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Russia. State Police from the Herkimer Barracks charged Wayne L. Houghtaling with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. Per Se with a Blood Alcohol Content of .18 of 1% or more Alcohol in Blood-No Priors; both Class U misdemeanors. Houghtaling was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Russia Court at a later date.
