Felony charge filed against Lewis County resident for allegedly damaging another person's property during reported dispute, Troopers say

CROGHAN- A local resident in Lewis County is faced with a felony offense stemming from a previously reported domestic incident early Monday.

Justin John Munger, 38, of Castorland, NY was arrested and charged early Monday by the New York State Police (Lowville) for one felony count of criminal mischief in the third-degree (damaging another person’s property w/values exceeding $250).

At press time, there was no arrest status listed for Munger. Troopers said this arrest stems from a reported domestic incident early Monday in the town of Croghan.

There were no further details provided.
