Harrisville Man Accused of Aggravated D.W.I.

TOWN OF CROGHAN-A 25 year old Harrisville man was charged with Aggravated D.W.I. following an early Sunday morning vehicle stop in the Town of Croghan. New York State Police from the Lowville Barracks charged Hunter G. Guyette with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Aggravated D.W.I. per Se with a Blood Alcohol Count of .18 of 1 Percent or more Alcohol in Blood-No Priors. Guyette was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Croghan Court at a later date. The incident was pending investigation as of Sunday morning press time.
