Natural Bridge Man Charged with D.W.I. in Jefferson County

TOWN OF LERAY-A 25 year old Natural Bridge man is accused of D.W.I. following a Friday night vehicle stop in Jefferson County. New York State Police from the Watertown Station charged Derek J. Burke with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 if 1% or more Alchol in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Burke was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of LeRay Court at a later date.
