Herkimer County resident charged with aggravated unlicensed operation: TROOPERS

SCHUYLER- A local resident is accused of unlicensed operation in the Mohawk Valley.

Cody J. Kinsella, 24, of Poland, NY was arrested and charged on Tuesday afternoon by the New York State Police (Herkimer) for one count of aggravated unlicensed operation in the second-degree (three or more open suspensions on three or more separate dates).

According to Troopers, this charge was filed at around 4:30 p.m. that afternoon in the town of Schuyler.

At press time, authorities said an investigation was pending.

Meanwhile, Kinsella was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
