Lewis County resident accused of aggravated DWI in wake of motor vehicle wreck earlier this spring

BRANTINGHAM- A local resident in Lewis County is accused of aggravated intoxicated driving after police investigated a single vehicle crash earlier this spring.

It happened just before midnight on May 21 on the North Shore Road, near Brantingham, NY. 

After receiving lab confirmed blood draw results on Thursday, Sheriff's Investigators arrested Carlee Morrison, 27, of Brantingham, NY. 

Morrison is formally charged with one count each of aggravated DWI (BAC of .18% or greater), DWI and moving from a lane unsafely.  

Morrison was processed at the Public Safety Building on Thursday. All charges are returnable to Greig Town Court at a later date.

Members from 3-G Fire Department assisted the Sheriff's Office on scene.
