Lewis County resident accused of criminal contempt in town of Denmark

DENMARK- A local resident is accused of violating a court order in Lewis County.

Frank Philip Przybylski, 40, of Copenhagen, NY was arrested Tuesday night by the New York State Police (Carthage) on one misdemeanor count of criminal contempt in the second-degree (disobeying court order).

According to Troopers, this arrest stems from a reported trespass complaint shortly before 9:00 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Denmark.

At press time, police said that Przybylski was issued with an appearance ticket.

There were no further details provided.
