Lowville couple accused of taking packages off neighbor's porch that did not belong to them

LOWVILLE- A village couple is accused of taking packages from a neighbor’s porch that did not belong to them.

Lowville Police said they arrested Paige M. Tuttle, 30, and Duncan C. Kelley, 26, for petit larceny.

Based on what police reports suggest, both Tuttle and Kelley are accused of taking packages from their neighbor’s porch that did not belong to them.

Both suspects were issued with appearance tickets. All charges are returnable to Lowville Town Court at a later date.
