Lewis County resident charged with DWI in Martinsburg, Troopers say

MARTINSBURG- A Lewis County area resident is accused of intoxicated driving in the North Country.

It was shortly after 1:00 a.m. last Thursday when the New York State Police arrested Melinda Sue Staie, 34, of Glenfield, NY with one count of DWI (first-offense).

According to Troopers, this arrest was made on the Glendale Road in the town of Martinsburg.

At press time, authorities said that Staie was released on an appearance ticket.
