Lowville man Accused of Criminal Possession and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in Lyons Falls
VILLAGE OF LYONS FALLS-A 30 year old Lowville man was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and aggravated unlicensed operation Saturday afternoon in the Village of Lyons Falls. State Troopers from the Lowville station charged Benjamin M. Tuttle with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree, a Class U misdemeanor. Tuttle was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Village of Lyons Falls Court at a later date.
