Port Leyden Resident Facing D.W.I. Charge in the Town of Lyonsdale

TOWN OF LYONSDALE-A 30 year old Port Leyden man was arrested for D.W.I. following a vehicle stop in the Town of Lyonsdale late Friday night. New York State Police from the Lowville station charged Nicholas A. Ripp with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated-First Offense and Operating a Motor Vehicle with .08 of 1 Percent or More Alcohol in Blood-First Offense; both Class U misdemeanors. Ripp was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charges in the Town of Lyonsdale Court at a later date.
