Lowville Resident Arrested on Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, Drug Possession, and Circumventing Interlock Device Charges in Town of New Bremen
TOWN OF NEW BREMEN-A 37 year old Lowville man was arrested on Drug/Alcohol Possession and other charges Friday night in the Town of New Bremen. State Troopers from the Lowville Barracks charged David M. Barbarito with one count each of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree and a motor vehicle violation-Registration Suspended; both Class U misdemeanors and one count each of Circumventing Interlock-Subject to Court Order-Operating Motor Vehicle without a Device and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree; both Class A misdemeanors. Barbarito was issued an appearance ticket and will answer the charges in the Town of New Bremen Court at a later date.
