Montgomery County Resident is Facing Numerous Charges in the Town of Remsen
TOWN OF REMSEN-A 29 year old resident of Palatine Bridge is facing felony D.W.I and numerous other charges following a Friday afternoon vehicle stop that began in the Town of Remsen. New York Stare Police from the Remsen Barracks charged Dylan Wheeler with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated: Previous Conviction of Designated Offense within 10 years, and Aggravated D.W.I. Per se with .18 of 1 Percent or more Alcohol-1 Pervious Conviction within the past 10 years; both E felonies. Wheeler was also charged with Circumventing Interlock subject to Court Order-Operating a Motor Vehicle without a Device, Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief with Intent to Damage Property; Class A misdemeanors and Reckless Driving, a Class U misdemeanor. Wheeler was arrested later in the Town of Steuben and was sent to Oneida Central Arraignment. An investigation was continuing as or Saturday morning press time.
